Synopsis: Andy has grown up and is heading off to college, but what does that mean for Woody (Tom Hanks), Buzz (Tim Allen) and the rest of the toys? The small remaining group is intended for a bag in the attic but a mix up with Andy’s mother results in them being cast out with the garbage and the toys taking it upon themselves to be donated to a childcare centre. First impressions have the toys loving this new home and never wanting to leave, that is until they realise that everything isn’t as it seems, and the toddler room is where toys go to be destroyed not played with. It’s up to Woody to convince the rest if them that they weren’t meant to be thrown out and that going home is the right thing to do but a pink strawberry scented teddy bear named Lotso (Ned Beatty) is standing between them and their freedom and is determined not to let them go.
